Ingredients
- 1 oz Olive Pressée Grapefruit Infused White Balsamic Vinegar;
- Sparkling water or Mousseux
- 1 oz of Aperol;
- A sprig of thyme;
- 1 slice of lemon;
- Ice
Instructions
- Drizzle the inside of the glass with the grapefruit infused white balsamic.
- Add the ice, the Apérol and fill the glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lemon and fresh thyme.
