Grapefruit Infused White Balsamic Sparkling Cocktail

To drink under the hot summer sun, our delicious cocktail has a delicate bitterness that will make your taste buds tingle!

Ingredients

• 1 oz Olive Pressée Grapefruit Infused White Balsamic Vinegar;
• Sparkling water or Mousseux
• 1 oz of Aperol;
• A sprig of thyme;
• 1 slice of lemon;
• Ice

Instructions 

1. Drizzle the inside of the glass with the grapefruit infused white balsamic.
2. Add the ice, the Apérol and fill the glass with sparkling water.
3. Garnish with lemon and fresh thyme.
