Looking for a creative way to use your Strawberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar? You might not know this, but balsamic vinegar is great in cocktails and what could be better than a summery strawberry aperitif by the water?
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lime wedges;
- 3 1/2 cucumber slices;
- 1 fresh strawberry, hulled;
- 1 tsp. simple syrup;
- 1/2 tsp. strawberry-infused white balsamic vinegar;
- 1/4 cup of gin.
Instructions
- In a pitcher, crush the lime wedges, 2 cucumber slices and the strawberry.
- Add the simple syrup, strawberry infused balsamic, gin and mix. Add crushed ice (about half the glass). Garnish with a cucumber slice.
